Since 2011, Anke te Heesen has been Professor of History of Science with a focus on the Creation and Organisation of Knowledge in the 19th and 20th centuries at the Institute of Historical Sciences at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Alongside teaching assignments at universities in Germany and abroad, she has curated various exhibitions at diverse museums, e.g., the Deutsche-Hygiene Museum Dresden.
