Research interest is focused in the way ligand dependent transcription factors regulate chromatin remodeling and how changes in the chromatin structure modulate the hormone mediate nuclear receptor response. Our purpose is to contribute to understand how different ligands modulate receptor conformation changes and consequently the specific and dissociated responses.
