Christian Seifert

Roles
Interdisciplinary Laboratory
Priority Area Projects:

Christian Seifert has been working as a research associate at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin since 2009, investigating, within the context of his Ph.D., how small electrical currents (femto – pico ampere) can be controlled through singular molecules. After finishing his apprenticeship as an electronic technician with Siemens, he enrolled at the TFH Berlin and studied physical technology, specialising in medical physics.

After that he briefly worked at the Hahn-Meitner-Institut, investigating magnetic structures in the nickel single crystal; and then went on to study physics at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
