After studying Visual Arts and Visual Communication at the University of the Arts, Berlin and completing a Meisterschülerjahr (master class year) in experimental film at the Braunschweig University of Art (HBK), Karola Schlegelmilch worked in the areas of experimental film, photography and art installations. Artistic projects included for instance the means of perception of landscape, subtle manifestations of longing relating to life and fate in images, and vernacular West African architecture.
Karola Schlegelmilch is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, focussing on general and neuro-cognitive psychology.
As part of the project »Experiment & Observation« she was working on the design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and eye-tracking experiments.
