Sally Di Maio is completing a Master’s in Psychology at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. During her Bachelor’s degree in Dresden and Rome, she was involved in efforts to improve postural control amongst older cyclists as a student assistant. During her studies at the Freie Universität Berlin, she conducted an in-depth study on the partnership effects on physical activity. She produced a poster on this topic and wrote her bachelor’s dissertation on social control in partnerships.
Sally is a Germany Scholarship holder in the Cluster Image Knowledge Gestaltung and will spend one year exploring the phenomenon of gameplay in the project gamelab.berlin.
